1 Reason for resignation Resignation due to preoccupation. Mrs. Bina Sharma has been associated with the Company as Non-executive Independent Director w.e.f. February 12, 2015. Mrs. Bina Sharma has expressed her intention to resign from the position of Independent Director w.e.f November 6, 2020. 2 Date of cessation November 6, 2020

Further the Company has received confirmation from Mrs. Bina Sharma that there are no material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned in her resignation letter dated November 6, 2020. The said confirmation received is enclosed herewith.
