- Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting to consider un audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020

Dear Sir,

Pursuant to regulation 29(1) of SEBI {Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020 amongst other routine matters.

In this connection, please refer to our letter dated December 31, 2020 wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company's code of conduct framed in accordance with SEBI {Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments made thereunder, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company is closed for all designated persons of the Company since Thursday, December 31, 2020. Further the trading window shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results i.e. February 5, 2021 {inclusive).
