I, John Cunning, state that I am responsible for preparing or supervising the preparation of a part of the technical report summary titled Feasibility Study for the Cariboo Gold Project, District of Wells, British Columbia, Canada, dated 10 January 2023 and amended 12 January 2023, with an effective date of 30 December 2022 as signed and certified by me (the "Technical Report").

Furthermore, I state that:

(a) I consent to the public filing of the Technical Report by Osisko Development Corp. dated January 10, 2023; Amended January 12, 2023; (b) the document that the Technical Report supports is a Press Release dated January 3, 2023 (the "Document"); (c) I consent to the use of my name in the document, or any quotation from or summarization, in the Document of the parts of the Technical Report for which I am responsible, and to the filing of the Technical Report as an exhibit to the Document; and (d) I confirm that I have read the Document, and that the Document fairly and accurately reflects, in the form and context in which it appears, the information in the parts of the Technical Report for which I am responsible.
