Prospectus Supplement dated January 27, 2026 (the "Prospectus Supplement") to the base shelf prospectus dated December 23, 2025.

In connection with the filing of the Prospectus Supplement, I hereby consent to being named in the Prospectus Supplement, including without limitation, to being named as a qualified person who reviewed and takes responsibility for the scientific, geological, and technical information contained in (i) the management's discussion and analysis of the Corporation for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2024, (ii) the management's discussion and analysis on the operations and financial position of the Corporation as of September 30, 2025 and for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, and (iii) the use of proceeds relating to the development expenditures contained under the heading "Use of Proceeds" in the Prospectus Supplement (collectively, the "Disclosure"), of which items (i) and (ii) were reviewed and approved by Victor Gauthier, Maggie Layman, Daniel Downton and Eryn Doyle, in their previous capacities as the designated qualified persons of the Corporation at the time of such review.

I, the undersigned, further consent to the use of the Disclosure, or any portion thereof, and to the inclusion of the information derived from the Disclosure in the Prospectus Supplement or incorporated by reference therein. I have read the Prospectus Supplement and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that are derived from the Disclosure or within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Disclosure.
