1. Mr. D. S. Gagrat (DIN: 00017082) ceased to be the Independent Director of the Company w.e.f 10[th] August, 2021 due to his increasing age and resulting health issue.

	Reason for change viz. appointment, ~~resignation, removal, death or otherwise~~;	Appointment of Mr. N. H. Datanwala as an Additional Director – Non – Executive & Independent.
	Date of Appointment & Term of appointment;	Appointment as Additional Director w.e.f 10th August, 2021 to hold office till the ensuing AGM of the Company. Further, being eligible, appointed as the Independent Director of the Company for first term of Five (5) years not liable to retire by rotation. Mr. N. H. Datanwala is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any othersuchauthority.
	Brief Profile	Mr. N. H. Datanwala (DOB: 29thNovember, 1951) is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary having a rich experience of working in corporate sector and handled the Finance, Taxation, Legal, and Company Secretarial functions. He has an experience of more than 45 years in Corporate Laws, Secretarial, Legal and Financial matters. Presently Mr. N. H. Datanwala is Chief Financial Officer of The Bombay Burmah Trading Corp. Limited.
	Disclosures of relationship between Directors	Mr. N. H. Datanwala is not related to any of the Director of the Company personally, financiallyor otherwise.
