Oscar Properties Holding AB's (publ) subsidiary issues senior secured bond of SEK 550 million

Oscar Properties Holding AB's (publ) subsidiary Goldcup 100804 AB (under change of name to HL18 Property Portfolio AB) (the "Company") has successfully issued senior secured bond in an amount of SEK 550,000,000.

The new bond is due in October 2024 and carries a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3m + 4.90 per cent. The Company intends to list the bond on Nasdaq Stockholm within twelve months.

The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to finance the acquisition of 15 properties from Kvalitena AB (publ) and three commercial properties located in Göteborg, Trollhättan and Nyköping.

ABG Sundal Collier AB and Swedbank AB (publ) acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the bond issue.
