Osai Automation System S.p.A. ("Osai" o la "Società"), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto che in data 3 febbraio 2021 ha notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob l'aggiornamento del KID sui "Warrant OSAI A.S. S.P.A. 2020-2025 IT0005424822", come previsto dalla vigente normativa.
Il KID sui "Warrant OSAI A.S. S.P.A. 2020-2025 IT0005424822" è pubblicato sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo nella sezione Investor Relations del sito internet https://osaias.com/investor-relations .
