Osai Automation System S.p.A. ("Osai" o la "Società"), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori rende noto che che l'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea ordinaria della Società convocata in prima convocazione per il giorno 29 aprile 2021 alle ore 12.30 presso la sede sociale della Società, in Parella (TO), Via della Cartiera n. 4 e, occorrendo, in seconda convocazione per il giorno 30 aprile 2021, stesso luogo e stessa ora, è stato pubblicato sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo https://osai-as.com/assemblea-degli-azionisti e per estratto, sul quotidiano "La Stampa" in data 12/04/2021
Si precisa che la record date per l'intervento e l'esercizio del diritto di voto in assemblea è fissata al 20 aprile 2021.
La Società rende noto che, a decorrere dalla data odierna, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo https://osai-as.com/assemblea-degli-azionisti sono a disposizione del pubblico i moduli per il conferimento delle deleghe e sub-deleghe al rappresentante designato, il bilancio civilistico e consolidato, le relazioni illustrative del Consiglio di Amministrazione sui punti all'ordine del giorno e le Relazioni della Società di Revisione e del Collegio Sindacale.

(the "Company" or "OSAI"), operating in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that the notice of the ordinary meeting of the Company convened on first call for 29 April 2021 at 12.30 at the Company's registered office, in Parella (TO), Via della Cartiera n. 4 and, if necessary, on second call on 30 April 2021, at the same place and time, it was published on the Company's website at https://osai-as.com/assemblea-degli-azionisti and as shorter communication , on the newspaper "La Stampa" on 04/12/2021.
It should be noted that the record date for the participation and exercise of the right to vote at the meeting is set for 20 April 2021.
The Company announces that, starting from today,are availabla on the Company's website, at link https://osai-as.com/assemblea-degli-azionisti, the forms for the granting of proxies and sub - delegations to the designated representative, the statutory and consolidated financial statements, the explanatory reports of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda and the Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors.
