AGGIORNAMENTO DELLA PROCEDURA PER LE OPERAZIONI CON PARTI CORRELATE
Torino (TO), 15 giugno 2022 - OSAI (Ticker OSA), comunica che è disponibile presso la sede sociale e sul sito Internet della Società all'indirizzo https://osai-as.com/documenti-societari la Procedura per le Operazioni con parti Correlate approvata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 27 maggio 2022 che entrerà in vigore il 1° luglio 2022. Il testo è stato aggiornato al fine di recepire gli emendamenti apportati alle Disposizioni in tema di Parti Correlate emanate da Borsa Italiana, come da ultimo aggiornate e applicabili alle società emittenti azioni ammesse alla negoziazione su Euronext Growth Milan.

UPDATE OF PROCEDURE FOR OPERATION WITH RELATED PARTY
Turin, June 15th 2022 - OSAI (Ticker OSA), communicates that it's available at the company's registered office and on official website at https://osai-as.com/documenti-societari the Procedure for Related Party Transactions approved by the Board of Directors on 27 May 2022, which will enter into force on 1 July 2022. The text has been updated in order to incorporate the amendments made to the Related Party Provisions issued by Borsa Italiana, as last updated and applicable to issuers of shares admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Milan.
