Osai Automation System S.p.A. ("Osai" o la "Società"), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto che in data 30 dicembre 2020 ha notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob l'aggiornamento del KID sui "Warrant OSAI A.S. S.P.A. 2020-2025 IT0005424822", come previsto dalla vigente normativa.

Il KID sui "Warrant OSAI A.S. S.P.A. 2020-2025 IT0005424822" è pubblicato sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo nella sezione Investor Relations del sito internet https://osaias.com/investor-relations

In ottemperanza alle nuove disposizioni di Borsa Italiana inerenti alle modifiche del Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia (art. 6-bis), Osai tiene a ricordare che Tatiana Chieno riveste il ruolo di Investor Relations Manager della Società come da comunicato stampa del 30 ottobre 2020.
