COMUNICAZIONE AI SENSI DELL'ART. 17 DEL REGOLAMENTO EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN: CAMBIAMENTO SOSTANZIALE DEGLI AZIONISTI SIGNIFICATIVI
Torino (TO), 10 febbraio 2023 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto, che ai sensi della "Disciplina sulla Trasparenza" e dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, di aver ricevuto in data 10/02/2023 da parte dell'azionista Eiffel Investment Group comunicazione di superamento, in data 1/11/2022, della soglia di rilevanza pari al 5% del capitale sociale di Osai Automation System S.p.A. a seguito dell'esercizio di n. 133.400 Warrant per un controvalore di 266.800 Euro.
In particolare, il suddetto azionista dichiara di detenere n. 883.400 azioni ordinarie, pari al 5,48% del capitale sociale di Osai Automation System S.p.A..
A seguito di tale operazione, la Società comunica che, dalle ultime risultanze in suo possesso, il proprio azionariato risulta essere composto come segue:

NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 17 OF THE EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN REGULATIONS: SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE
Turin (TO), 10th february 2023 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. (Ticker OSA), an innovative company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that pursuant to the "Discipline on Transparency" and art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, that on 10/02/2023 it received notice from the shareholder Eiffel Investment Group that, on 1/11/2022, the materiality threshold of 5% of the share capital of Osai Automation System S.p.A. had been exceeded as a result of the exercise of 133,400 Warrants for a countervalue of 266,800 euros.
Specifically, the aforementioned shareholder declares to hold 883,400 ordinary shares, equal to 5.48% of the share capital of Osai Automation System S.p.A.
Following this transaction, the Company reports that, from the latest findings in its possession, its shareholding structure is composed as follows:
