L'AMMINISTRATORE DELEGATO FABIO BENETTI RIMETTE LE DELEGHE E RINUNCIA ALLA CARICA DI AMMINISTRATORE DELEGATO
IL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE CONFERISCE LE DELEGHE E LA CARICA DI AMMINISTRATORE DELEGATO AL PRESIDENTE DEL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE MIRELLA FERRERO
Torino (TO), 11 giugno 2024 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. Società Benefit (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, in riferimento al comunicato stampa pubblicato in data 10 giugno 2024, precisa che la decisione del Consigliere Fabio Benetti di rinunciare alla carica di Amministratore Delegato della Società e di rimettere al Consiglio di Amministrazione le proprie deleghe è stata assunta affinchè la stessa possa gestirle al meglio ed in maniera libera ed incondizionata, con l'obiettivo unico di convogliare ogni sforzo verso la ripresa, senza far venire meno la responsabilità delle azioni intraprese.
Il Dott. Fabio Benetti manterrà l'incarico di Consigliere all'interno del Consiglio di Amministrazione della OSAI A.S. S.p.A. SB con delega alle strategie in materia di sostenibilità del Gruppo e quale "Responsabile di Impatto", oltreché la carica di Amministratore Delegato della Osai Green Tech Società Benefit S.r.l.. confermando l'impegno verso la Società, con cui vengono condivisi da sempre missione e valori.

THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE MANAGER FABIO BENETTI REMITS POWERS BACK TO THE BOARD AND GIVE UP THE POSITION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE MANAGER
THE MANAGEMENT BOARD SHALL CONFER POWERS AND THE POSITION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE MANAGER TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD MIRELLA FERRERO
Turin (TO), 11 June 2024 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. Società Benefit (Ticker OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, with reference to the press release published on 10 June 2024, points out that the decision of the Director Fabio Benetti to give up the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company and to give back to the Board of Directors their powers has been taken in order to manage them better and in a free and unconditional way, with the sole objective of channelling every effort towards recovery, without diminishing responsibility for the actions taken.
The Company announces that Dr. Fabio Benetti will retain the position of Director within the Board of Directors of OSAI A.S. S.p.A. SB with responsibility for the Group's sustainability strategies and as "Impact Manager" as well as the position of Chief Executive Manager of Osai Green Tech Società Benefit S.r.l., confirming the commitment to the Company with which mission and values are always shared.
