Release of Securities from Escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A Orthocell Limited advises that that the following securities will be released from escrow on 12 August 2016, being 24 months from the date of Official Quotation:

• 27,185,515 Ordinary Shares; and

• 4,250,000 Options with an exercise price of $0.50 expiring on 3 August 2017 (held by Directors or related entities).

The Company notes that in excess of 88% or the Ordinary Shares being released from escrow are held by Directors and founders of the Company or their related entities.
