Notice Under ASIC Corporations (Share and Interest Purchase Plans) Instrument 2019/547

This notice is given by Orthocell Limited (ACN 118 897 135) (ASX: OCC) ( Company ) in accordance with ASIC Corporations (Share and Interest Purchase Plans) Instrument 2019/547.

The Company will make offers to issue fully paid ordinary shares under a share purchase plan (announced to ASX on 4 December 2019) without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act ).

As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

b) section 674 of the Act.

As at the date of this announcement, there is no excluded information for the purposes of sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
