Date of AGM & Closing Date for Director Nominations

Perth, Australia; 10 September 2025: Regenerative medicine company Orthocell Limited (ASX:OCC, “Orthocell” or the “Company”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 6 November 2025.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. The Company advises that, in accordance with clause 6.1 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Thursday, 18 September 2025.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm WST on Thursday, 18 September 2025.

damaged tendon and cartilage tissue. Orthocell is accelerating the development of its tendon cell therapy in the US with technology transfer and FDA engagement to confirm the path to the US market and prepare for partnering discussions.
