Date of AGM & Closing Date for Director Nominations
Perth, Australia; 4 October 2024: Regenerative medicine company Orthocell Limited (ASX:OCC, “Orthocell” or the “Company”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Friday, 29 November 2024.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. The Company advises that, in accordance with clause 6.1 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday, 11 October 2024.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm WST on Friday, 11 October 2024.
