Annual General Meeting
Perth, Australia; 27[th] August 2021: In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, regenerative medicine company Orthocell Limited (ASX:OCC, “Orthocell” or the “Company”) advises that it has scheduled its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on 27 October 2021.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. The Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Friday,3 September 2021.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Friday, 3 September 2021.
