Exercise Price of Options

Perth, Australia; 14 October 2020: Orthocell Limited (ASX:OCC, “Orthocell” or the “Company”) advises that at its Annual General Meeting to be held today, 14 October 2020 shareholders will consider the grant of Plan Options to Directors and Ms Nicole Telford, each being a related party of Orthocell.

As set out in the notice of meeting, the exercise price of the Plan Options will be set at a 43% premium to the volume weighted average of the prices at which Shares were traded on the ASX during the one week period up to and including the date of grant of the Plan Options.

Based on trading to the close of business yesterday, the exercise price of the Plan Options (the grant of which will be considered at the Annual General Meeting) is $0.589 per Plan Option.

Capitalised terms in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the notice of meeting released by Orthocell on 11 September 2020.
