Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule Ill of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Srigopal Choudhary, the Resolution Professional of the Company vide his email has appointed Mr. Biswajit Mohanty as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company w.e.f. 01 June, 2021 and the particulars required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th ] September, 2015 for appointment of Mr. Biswajit Mohanty as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company is enclosed as Annexure-1.
It is further informed you that Mr. Bibhu Prasad Mahapatra who was appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from 1[st ] May, 2021 has ceased CEO of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 31[st ] May, 2021.
