CALENDARIO FINANZIARIO 2023

Milano, 16 dicembre 2022 – Orsero S.p.A. rende noto il calendario finanziario per l'esercizio 2023, come approvato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società:

Martedì 14 marzo 2023	Consiglio di Amministrazione
	Approvazione del progetto di Bilancio di esercizio e della Relazione
	finanziaria annuale consolidata al 31 dicembre 2022
Mercoledì 26 aprile 2023	Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti (in unica convocazione)
	Approvazione del Bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2022
Lunedì 15 maggio 2023	Consiglio di Amministrazione
	Approvazione del Resoconto Intermedio di Gestione consolidato al 31
	marzo 2023
Mercoledì 13 settembre 2023	Consiglio di Amministrazione
	Approvazione della Relazione finanziaria semestrale consolidata al 30
	giugno 2023
Martedì 14 novembre 2023	Consiglio di Amministrazione
	Approvazione del Resoconto Intermedio di Gestione consolidato al 30
	settembre 2023

In caso di variazioni alle date sopra indicate, ne sarà data pronta comunicazione.

Le presentazioni dei dati contabili agli investitori e agli analisti finanziari si svolgeranno di norma entro il giorno lavorativo successivo all'approvazione dei medesimi da parte dell'organo competente.

Si ricorda che Orsero, quale società quotata sul segmento Euronext STAR Milan del Mercato Euronext Milan, pubblicherà– ai sensi dell'art. 2.2.3, comma 3 del Regolamento di Borsa Italiana – le informazioni finanziarie al 31 marzo 2023 e al 30 settembre2023 entro 45 giorni dal termine del primo e terzo trimestre dell'esercizio (con esonero dalla pubblicazione dei dati relativi al quarto trimestre a condizione che la relazione finanziaria annuale, unitamente agli altri documenti di cui all'art. 154–ter, comma primo, del Testo Unico della Finanza, sia resa disponibile entro 90 giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio) nonché le informazioni finanziarie al 30 giugno 2023 entro 75 giorni dal termine del primo semestre.

FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2023

Milan, 16 December 2022 - Orsero S.p.A announces the financial calendar 2023, as approved by the Board of Directors:

	Approval of the draft of the Separate Financial Statement and the
	Consolidated Financial Report as at 31 December 2022
Wednesday, 26 April 2023	Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting (single call)
	Approval of the Separate Financial Statement as at 31 December 2022
Monday, 15 May 2023	Board of Directors
	Approval of the Interim Consolidated Financial Report as at 31 March
	2023
Wednesday, 13 September	Board of Directors
2023	Approval of the Half-Year Consolidated Financial Report as at 30 June
	2023
Tuesday, 14 November 2023	Board of Directors
	Approval of the Interim Consolidated Financial Report as at 30
	September 2023

In case of changes to the abovementioned dates, it will be communicated promptly.

The presentation of financial data to investors and financial analysts will normally take place within the business day following the approval of the same by the competent body.

It should be remembered that Orsero, as a company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan Segment of the Euronext Milan Market, will publish - pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3 of the Rules of Borsa Italiana financial information as at March 31, 2023 and September 30, 2023 within 45 days from the end of the first and third quarter of the financial year (with exemption from the publication of data relating to the fourth quarter provided that the annual financial report, together with the other documents referred to 154-ter, first paragraph, of the Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF) , is made available within 90 days of the end of the financial year), as well as financial information as at 30 June 2023 within 75 days from the end of the first half.
