MODIFICA DELLE RELAZIONI DEGLI AMMINISTRATORI SULLA RINNOVO DEL CDA E DEL COLLEGIO SINDACALE

Milano, 26 marzo 2020. Orsero S.p.A., facendo seguito a quanto comunicato in data 20 marzo 2020, rende noto che è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale in Milano, via G. Fantoli n. 6/15, oltre che sito sul istituzionale www.orserogroup.it, sezione "Investors/Assemblea Azionisti", e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket Storage (), le versioni modificate delle relazioni degli Amministratori sui ai punti 4 e 5 dell'ordine del giorno della dell'Assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti del 30 aprile 2020, relative al rinnovo del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio sindacale, per correggere un errore materiale in alcune date termine.

AMENDMENT OF DIRECTORS' REPORT ON THE RENEWAL OF BOD AND STATUTORY BOARD

Milan, 26 March 2020. Orsero S.p.A., further to what was communicated on 20 March 20202,announces that it has been made available to the public at the company's registered office in Milan, via G.Fantoli 6/15, as well as on the institutional website www.orserogroup.it, section "Investors / Shareholders' Meeting", and on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage () the amended versions of the Directors' reports relating to items 4 and 5 of the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting scheduled on 30 April 2020, relevant to the renewal of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, to correct a material error in some deadlines.
