Copenhagen, Denmark, February 13, 2020 – Orphazyme A/S (ORPHA.CO), a biopharmaceutical company pioneering Heat-Shock Protein response for the treatment of neurodegenerative orphan diseases, hereby announces the receipt of notification pursuant to Section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act from Danske Bank A/S that Danske Bank as of February 12, 2020 holds a total 1,161,561 shares in the Company, corresponding to 4.85% of the share capital and that Danske Bank as of February 12, 2020 controls 7.24% of the voting rights in the Company.

Danske Bank A/S’ shareholding consists of a 4.41% indirect and 0.44% direct ownership through Danica Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, Danica Pension Försäkringsaktiebolag, Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest and Danske Invest SICAV. Danske Bank A/S’ control of voting rights in the Company consists of a 6.80% indirect and 0.44% direct control through Danica Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, Danica Pension Försäkringsaktiebolag, Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest, and Danske Invest SICAV.
