Orora completes the acqusition of Graphic Tech and The Garvey Group

Orora Limited (ASX:ORA) announced today that the acquisition of Graphic Tech and The Garvey Group has been completed.

The US$54 million (approx. A$71 million) acquisition of Graphic Tech and The Garvey Group was announced on 15 February, 2017.

Graphic Tech and The Garvey Group form part of Orora’s growing North American Point of Purchase (POP) business, which also includes The Register Print Group and IntegraColor.
