Nature of change Mr Lowe was allocated 70,640 Rights under the Short Term Incentive Example: on-market trade, off-market Plan, the majority of which is as per the approval by shareholders at trade, exercise of options, issue of securities under dividend Orora Limited’s 2019 Annual General Meeting, and the balance for his reinvestment plan, participation in previous role at Orora Limited on a pro rata basis prior to becoming a buy-back Director.
