Orora announces appointment of new Chief Financial Officer

Orora Limited (ASX: ORA ) is pleased to announce Mr Shaun Hughes has been appointed as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) effective 15 October 2020. The appointment follows an extensive and comprehensive succession program to replace Mr Stuart Hutton, who will leave the Company in November after a decade of financial and commercial leadership including the demerger from Amcor and the recent Fibre sale.

Commenting on the announcement, Orora Managing Director and CEO Brian Lowe said: “I’m very pleased to announce Shaun’s appointment as Orora’s new Chief Financial Officer. Shaun’s broad ranging commercial and financial experience will bring a fresh lens and complementary skillset to Orora at a time where we are commencing our next phase of growth”.

Shaun has extensive financial and transaction experience with much of his career spent in ASX-listed companies operating across multiple industries, geographies and functions. He has proven experience in building and growing organisations across a range of sectors both organically and via acquisition. Shaun has held multiple global financial and commercial roles with Telstra, Elders and IBM and was most recently the CFO of EBOS.
