Date of 2022 Annual General Meeting

Orora Limited (ASX: ORA, Company) advises that the Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 20 October 2022 at 10.30am (Melbourne time).

Full details of the agenda and instructions to participate in the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting scheduled to be released to the ASX on Friday, 16 September 2022 and made available on the Company’s website.

In accordance with the Company’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of director nominations for candidates other than those recommended by the Board is 7 September 2022, being at least 30 business days before the AGM.
