Ormonde announces that it has published its 2019 Annual Report and Accounts which are being posted to shareholders today. A copy of the document, including Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, is now available on the Company's website www.ormondemining.com. 

The Company also advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, The Blanchardstown Centre, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, at 2.30pm on Thursday 17 September 2020 (one day later than previously announced). All Irish government guidelines in relation to public gatherings and measures required to minimise the transmission of COVID-19, applicable at that time, will be adhered to by the Company at the meeting venue.
