Ormonde has received notification, on 27 July 2015, from Rathbone Brothers PLC that as at 24 July 2015 it held 23,545,000 ordinary shares in the Company.  This represents 4.98% of the issued share capital of Ormonde. Of this holding, Rathbone Investment Management Ltd held ordinary shares representing 3.60% and Rathbone Investment Management International Ltd held ordinary shares representing 1.38%.
