Final Base Shelf Prospectus dated September 15, 2025 (the "Prospectus")

In connection with the filing of the Prospectus of the Corporation, the undersigned, on behalf of the Corporation, hereby undertakes that it will provide the BCSC with a breakdown of sales in British Columbia of securities pursuant to the above-noted offering together with any additional fees required to be paid with respect thereto pursuant to the regulations under the Securities Act (British Columbia) within 30 days of the completion of a distribution.
