CONSENT OF EXPERT

I, J. Andrew Cormier, P.Eng., Chief Operating Officer of Orla Mining Ltd. (the “ Corporation ”), consent to being named in the prospectus supplement dated July 5, 2021 (the “ Prospectus Supplement ”) to the short form base shelf prospectus of the Corporation dated March 12, 2021 as a qualified person, as defined under National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects , who has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information contained in the Prospectus Supplement and documents incorporated by reference therein (the “ Technical Information ”) in connection with the filing of the Prospectus Supplement and to the inclusion of the written disclosure of the Technical Information and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Information in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus Supplement or incorporated by reference therein.

I hereby confirm that I have read the Prospectus Supplement, including the written disclosure of the Technical Information and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Information contained in the Prospectus Supplement or incorporated by reference therein and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that is derived from the Technical Information or that is within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Technical Information.
