CONSENT OF EXPERT

I, Carl E. Defilippi, RM, SME of Kappes, Cassiday and Associates, consent to being named in the prospectus supplement dated July 5, 2021 (the “ Prospectus Supplement ”) to the short form base shelf prospectus of Orla Mining Ltd. dated March 12, 2021 as a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects , and to the use of the report titled “Unconstrained Feasibility Study, NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Camino Rojo Gold Project, Municipality of Mazapil, Zacatecas, Mexico” dated January 11, 2021 (the “ Technical Report ”) in connection with the filing of the Prospectus Supplement and to the inclusion of the written disclosure of the Technical Report and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus Supplement or incorporated by reference therein.

I hereby confirm that I have read the Prospectus Supplement, including the written disclosure of the Technical Report and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report contained in the Prospectus Supplement or incorporated by reference therein and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that is derived from the Technical Report or that is within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Technical Report.
