Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 15 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Company will host an Investors/Analysts Conference Call on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 17:00 (IST) to discuss the aforesaid financial results.

The Company shall publish the financial results in the newspapers in accordance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
