In terms of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 15 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Company will host an Investors/Analysts Conference Call on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 17:00 hrs (IST) to discuss the aforesaid financial results.
The Company shall publish the financial results in the newspapers in accordance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
