In terms of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, inter-alia , to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 15 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Company will host an Investors/Analysts Conference Call on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 17:00 (IST) to discuss the aforesaid financial results.
The Company shall publish the financial results in the newspapers in accordance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
