Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 15 October, in connection with Orkla's former management option programme,

20,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised. 10,000 options were exercised at

a strike price of NOK 36.38 per share, and 10,000 options were exercised at a

strike price of NOK 42.53 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares under

the management option programme is 3,072,000. Orkla owns 2,231,903 treasury

shares.
