Orkla ASA : Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 2 April, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 40,000 options

in Orkla-shares were exercised at NOK 42.36 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is

now 14,492,000. Orkla owns 4,307,106 treasury shares.
