Borken AS, a related party to Bengt Arve Rem, board member in Orkla ASA, has

on 30 December 2025 bought 5,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 112.80

per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this

transaction, Rem and related parties own 15,000 shares in Orkla.
