Restated figures after changes in Group structure BCG

With reference to the press release issued 21 November 2014 where it was

informed that as from 1 December 2014 Orkla International will become part of

the Orkla Foods business area. The new business unit - Orkla Foods International

- will comprise MTR Foods (India), Vitana (Czech Republic) and Felix Austria

(Austria). Chaka (Russia) will become part of the Orkla Confectionery & Snacks

business area.

Orkla Brands Russia was agreed sold in November 2014 (See stock exchange notice

as of 28.11.2014) and will be accounted for as discontinued operations.
