INTO THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, JAPAN OR AUSTRALIA

Orkla Industriinvesteringar AB, a wholly owned subsidiary to Orkla ASA, has sold

11,195,908 shares in Gränges AB (publ) ("Gränges") through an accelerated

bookbuilding to Swedish and international investors at a price of SEK 66 per

share ("the placing"). The investor demand to acquire shares in Gränges has been

very high.

Following the placing, Orkla Industriinvesteringar AB owns 11,942,378 shares in

Gränges corresponding to 16.0% of the number of shares and votes.

Carnegie Investment Bank AB ("Carnegie") and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB

("SEB") have acted as joint bookrunners in connection with this placing.
