Orkla ASA: Competition authorities have approved the Sapa transaction

Hydro's acquisition of Orkla's 50% interest in Sapa has received pre-closing

competition approvals in all required jurisdictions. Consequently, Hydro and

Orkla expect to close the transaction on or about October 2, 2017.
