Orkla ASA: Sale of Orkla Brands Russia now completed

Orkla ASA: Sale of Orkla Brands Russia now completed

In a stock exchange notification on 29 November 2014, it was announced that

Orkla has entered into an agreement to sell OJSC Orkla Brands Russia to

Slavyanka-Lyuks JSC. The Russian competition authorities approved the agreement

on 29 December 2014, and the sale was completed today in accordance with the

terms of the agreement. The currency risk of the sales proceeds was hedged.

In connection with completion of the transaction, the real property located in

Yekaterinburg was sold to Slavyanka-Lyuks.
