Disclosure requirement - Rieber & Søn ASA

Orkla ASA has today accepted the mandatory bid at NOK 40,50 on all of our

12 424 907 shares in Rieber & Søn ASA. The acceptance is under the condition

that no other higher bid is presented during the acceptance period or during an

extension of the acceptance period.
