Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - primary insiders

Jaan Ivar Semlitsch, President & CEO of Orkla, has today, 10 September 2020,

bought 6,000 Orkla shares at an average price of NOK 90.74 per share. The shares

were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Semlitsch

and related parties own 46,000 shares in Orkla.
