Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 19 May, in connection with Orkla's former management option programme,

288,500 options in Orkla-shares were exercised.

107,500 options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 36.38 per share, 90,000

options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 37.36 per share and 91,000

options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 42.53 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares under

the management option programme is 3,832,000. Orkla owns 826,903 treasury

shares.
