Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 29 January, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 40,000

options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 42.36 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is

now 14,857,000. Orkla owns 4,652,106 treasury shares.
