Orkla ASA : Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 9 April, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 40,000 options

in Orkla-shares were exercised.

20,000 options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 42.36 per share and

20,000 options were exercised at NOK 41.38 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued

in Orkla shares is now 14,452,000. Orkla owns 4,267,106 treasury shares.
