Orkla ASA : Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 25 April, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, 155,000 options

in Orkla-shares were exercised and 85,000 options were cancelled.

65,000 options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 39.86 per share and

90,000 options were exercised at NOK 38.88 per share.

25,000 options with a strike price of NOK 68.90 and 60,000 options with a strike

price of NOK 45.03 were cancelled.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is

now 14,117,000. Orkla owns 4,017,106 treasury shares.
