16 December 2010 sold 55 000 shares in Orkla ASA at a share price of NOK 56.00.

After the completion of this transaction, Stein Erik Hagen and related parties

own a total of 239 887 000 shares in Orkla ASA, equivalent to 23.3 % of shares

outstanding.
