Orkla ASA - Capital/Financing Update 2015

Orkla ASA :New 7-years Norwegian bond issue (2015-2022) and buy-back in ORK 09 (ISIN NO 001 036491.2, 2007-2017)

Based on an offer from DNB Markets regarding a swap of bonds, Orkla ASA has

today completed a bond issue in the Norwegian market. A total of NOK 1,500

million has been issued, of which NOK 508 million was sold in the market and NOK

992 has been kept on Orkla ASA's own account. The bonds are issued with 7 years

tenor and floating interest rate equal to 3 months NIBOR + 0.69 %-points.

Simultaneously, Orkla has made a buy-back of NOK 507 mill. in ORK 09. The

outstanding amount in the market is after this NOK 793 mill. After the buy-back

Orkla ASA holds NOK 507 mill. on its own account.

An application will be made for the new bond to be listed on Oslo Stock

Exchange.
