ORION CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 9 June 2011 AT 9.20 a.m. EEST In accordance with Section 3 of the Articles of Association of Orion Corporation, 628,914 A-shares have been converted into 628,914 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 9 June 2011. The total number of shares in Orion Corporation is 141,257,828 which, after the conversion, consists of 46,283,877 A-shares and 94,973,951 B-shares.
